Customer service

Complete customer satisfaction is our goal. If you have any questions on an existing order, new order, merchandise selection, or would like to see specific items carried in our stores, please contact us directly.

If you need to track your order or change your account info, you may do so in our customer service area after you log in (only applies if you created an account at checkout).

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Return Policy

All merchandise in resalable condition in its original packaging may be returned for a full refund excluding shipping for a period of 30 days.

A purchase receipt, including your phone number, must accompany all returns. A return authorization is not necessary.

The ALERT Store will return shipping fees if there are shipping errors. Send all merchandise to The ALERT Store, One Academy Blvd., Big Sandy, TX 75755. All merchandise must be shipped prepaid; C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

An even exchange (same price) for color or size is available. On all exchanges there will be a $6.25 fee for shipping and handling. Please send your merchandise and your original receipt (including your phone number) along with the $6.25 fee to The ALERT Store, One Academy Blvd., Big Sandy, TX 75755. A return authorization is not required. If the exchange is needed due to a shipping error the $6.25 fee will be waived.

For exchanges where there are price differentials, we will credit the original credit card including shipping for the price of the exchange, and recharge the credit card for the new amount with the new shipping.

All merchandise must be shipped prepaid with the original receipt; C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. It takes approximately 10 days for exchanges to be completed.

Security

Your security is important to us. Your transactions are protected with SSL encryption. We do not store credit card numbers. All customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access and internally stored unless a vendor needs to be contacted for special or drop ship orders. Please refer to our privacy statement for more information.

Shipping

On a regular basis we ship most orders within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays, and will provide you with a tracking number. If you do not receive your order within 10 days, please contact us. See the shipping page for shipping rates.

Subscription Preferences

You can sign up for the ALERT News and to be notified when we run a sale in our outdoor gear store or bookstore. We may also from time to time run an email-only special sale-pricing event. Both emails provide a convenient way to unsubscribe.
